    How do I contact Prevalent Arts?

    Where are updates posted?

    Whenever there is a "large" update on the site, it will be posted on the billboard on the top of the Home page, with it being advertised. These updates are also listed on the Blogs page.


    When ever there is a "small" update, such as new content or design changes, then it will be advertised in the "Page Updates" section on the on the Home page, followed by the word, "Updated." Additionally, there are featured sections on the Home page that advertize content on different pages, and now and then you may find the word, "New," on one of the advertizements.


    What do I do if an update has been missed?

    Updates on the billboard will disappear after so long of time (only displaying the most recent three), but you will always get to backtrack all billboard updates in the "Blogs" section. The newer ones will be on top, and the older ones will be on the bottom.


    If you missed updates in the "Page Updates" section, then those updates cannot be backtracked.


    How long do updates stay posted?

    Billboard updates stay posted until new content replaces the ones least recent, and "Page Updates" stay posted up to a month or two long.


    What content is in Collections as oppose to Gallery?

    The Collections page serves as a portal for fans of the official art designs and information, whereas the Gallery page serves more as a museum of "any" design choices. The reason both sections are separate from each other is because when fans of a favorite series searches for official artwork, it is scattered all over the internet and mixed with unofficial or irrelevant matches. So now, similar to how a collector may collect art not released in the commercial version, fan favorites are now in one place.


    What are the plans?

    How can a product be purchased?

    Currently, all Prevalent Arts products are purchasable on the site, Redbubble. The links in the "Shop" section on this website will link you there.


    Do I need to have an account with Redbubble in order to place a purchase?

    No, all products can be purchased with or without setting up an account with Redbubble.


    How long does it take for a product to be delivered?

    It should take a maximum of 3 business days after the product is purchased. 


    What if I need to change my address or order?

    You can change your address within less than two hours after making a purchase here. You will need your tracking number and email address to access your orders. Alternatively, you can contact a Redbubble agent about the address change here.


    Can an order be exchanged?

    Once an order has been finalized and shipped, it cannot be changed. However, you are still allowed to cancel an order, and issue a voucher for a replacement with the proper changes here.


    What is the return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days after arrival. You can submit a request here.
